Draft list of interested parties who would journey:

  • Federal Data Manager (ie ESIP ppl)
  • Community organizations working for equity and justice, relying on gov't data
  • Networks of Data Contributors
    • Labs sharing data
    • Community science groups (situated in community, some privacy needs)
    • Autonomous data/knowledge aggregators (indigenous groups, those on contested territories, etc, with high data privacy needs to hold & use data exclusively within their community)
    • Crowdsourcing initiatives (WeatherUnderground, GalaxyZoo, quantified self, etc)
    • IOT
  • Application devs who want to leverage d-web (Wordpress, Wikipedia, blockchain app devs, metaverse)
