为了使得TIS在cloud native环境部署，提供基于docker/k8s 的部署方案

TIS 控制台使用docker启动

   docker run -d --name tis --net=host registry.cn-hangzhou.aliyuncs.com/tis/tis-console:4.0.0.7

TIS 整体基于K8S环境部署 ,k8s 部署脚本：https://github.com/datavane/tis/blob/master/tis-console.yaml
