目前 Datawhale 社区成员的角色划分并不清晰，除了在公众号也并没有明显的加入渠道，目前想通过开放贡献的方式吸收更多对 Datawhale 感兴趣的人，有意愿，有精力的人来参与到社区当中，在这样的背景下，我们希望构建起更加明确的角色制度以及晋升规则，主要包括以下几个方面：

  • 明确社区的组织架构
  • 设计社区的人员角色
  • 设计社区人员的晋升与 retire 机制
  • 设计不同阶段的权益
