Cryptic error message when you use else without a corresponding if statement #16

When the Quark compiler encounters an else statement that doesn't follow an if statement it throws the following cryptic error:

examples/foo.q:85:10: Rule 'SEMI' didn't match at '{
    print("this is' (line 85, column 10).
