Cryptic error message when you put initialization code outside of a constructor

The following error message was thrown when I had initialization code defined outside of a constructor as in the attached file. It should be improved to better indicate the actual problem.

examples/convertUnits2.q:16:31: Rule 'name' didn't match at '("meter",1);

Note: you cannot directly attach a .q file - just change the extension.
