SUMMARY

Everything works fine (often for days) but then Alexa suddenly (without changing anything or re-deploying) responds with "I could not find the Device XYZ or Group in User's profile." (translated from german) for most of the devices. When trying to switch them via the Alexa App, a "Device not found" error is shown.
However, some devices still work. Disconnecting and re-connecting the Amazon Echo from power solves the problem.

Not sure if this issue is related to the node-red-contrib-amazon-echo or my Amazon Echo.
