The python2 life cycle has ended and we can drop supporting python2.

Thnks @xiaoge1001 we do want to do this but the work is currently blocked on #1130.

We want to do that to allow users to allow to update tzdata without having to move to py3 if they have any problem upgrading.

I don't see anything about removing python2/six support in the changelog, did I miss something?

In setupo.py python 2.7 is still present, also six module is still in use:
