Document configuration settings

When starting to use Data Explorer, I want to have configurations documented, so I can set it up quickly.

Analysis

There are settings for Data Explorer that need further documentation and maybe implementation changes.

Ideas:

• data-datapackage attribute - write out exact specs or maybe change Data Explorer so that it would directly use datapackage specs - maybe datapackage views https://frictionlessdata.io/specs/views/
• utils in other repos - find where, why and probably move them to Data Explorer repo, e.g. there is one utility function for this in fronent-v2: https://github.com/datopian/frontend-v2/blob/6ea1b808976cf40e3bdc8a0b8e6ed419060fc123/utils/index.js#L512
