Figure out why sprockets.mixins.media_type doesn't like content suffix code #21

https://github.com/sprockets/sprockets.mixins.media_type is breaking when used with 1.5.1 and "+json" content types. It smells like something in 7d9e913 caused something in get_request_body to fail. Could be this line.
