Using devcert-cli to remove a server certificate does not work.

Running this:

devcert disable localhost

And running the generation procedure again results in:

ERROR:There is already a certificate for /CN=localhost
  The matching entry has the following details

EDIT:
Replacing index.txt under devcert/certificate-authority with an empty file fixes the issue.

I've never taken the time to fix it, and I just assume nobody else has bothered, so probably not 🤷‍♂️
