Unmet dependency cli@0.2.6 while I can't install cli@0.2.6

Hello

I just tried to install yui-repl, (0.1.0 on WinXP/cygwin box) and its dependecies, installed colors@0.3.0 but
npm install cli@0.2.6 produces the following:

tar "-mvxpf" "-" "--no-same-owner" "-C" "/tmp/npm-1310117999473/1310117999473-0.6628436408936977/contents/___package.npm" tar: Unexpected EOF in archive
...

while
npm install cli
installs 0.3.7 with no problems
