Controlling nix.conf ignored-acls #38

Hello! I need to add another acl to the list of ignored-acls in nix.conf (specifically security.csm). Should I add yet another environment variable to be picked up somewhere around here, or is there a better way?

I made a pull request; I decided to start simple and just add the extra acl to the list, instead of doing an env var dance. Obviously happy to be told that's the wrong approach!
