Currently broken, due to trouble making cross-platform standalone binaries. Discussion of binaries potentially being hosted on Python.org

Now works on Windows, Ubuntu, and Debian.

Now works on Kali and Centos. (Untested, but likely Red Hat too)

The CentOS binary appears fairly flexible; closing.
