When using the timeaverage function does it adjust to calculate the average in hour-ending format (i.e., 1-minute data collected between 01:01 LST and 02:00 LST are averaged and reported as the hourly average at 02:00 LST)? Or could it be specified in the function to choose hour ending or hour beginning format where hour beginning would be 01:00 LST to 01:59 LST are recorded as 01:00 LST. The hour ending format would also have to deal with the cross over from the previous day (i.e., the 00:00 LST average would use data from the previous day from 23:01 LST - 00:00 LST --> 00:00 LST hourly average)
