li doesn't split across boxes properly

Generally leaving blank elements where there is content which has been pushed into a new box is harmless, but for

this also includes an implicit bullet, which shows up. Conversely if a bullet point is split across two boxes, both have the bullet, where the second should just be an indented continuation.

The easiest way to deal with this is for one or the other to get list-style-type: none, the former if the while text gets shifted into a new box, and the latter if only part of it.
