I tried to use the FORCE QAI product, and create a cloud mask without the less confident clouds. However, I noticed that the cloud shadow flag is always 0 for this cloud state, which results on missing cloud shadow when using the unbuffered clouds. This was also visible when looking at the output created with force-qai-inflate.

Hi Haili,

you are right. If the cloud flags are used in this way, it doesn't make much sense with the shadows...

I have prepared a fix for this with 9410924 in the develop branch (will be merged to master by the end of the week). Now, cloud and cloud shadow flags can be set at the same time. I think this should mitigate your issue.

Best,
David
