Support "bouncing Dock icon" on Linux to give feedback when Crystal program is starting #193

I believe to get a "bouncing Dock icon" effect (on at least GNOME and KDE), it is necessary to implement the Startup Notification Protocol.

See also the StartupNotify=true property in the .desktop file for Crystal.
