FadeLoader size property similar to MoonLoader

• Unable to set FadeLoader to smaller size

Describe the solution you'd like

• Be able to set the size of the FadeLoader similar to MoonLoader currently you cannot change it's size of the whole loader but rather adjust height and width but still doesn't make the spinner smaller

Describe alternatives you've considered

• None as of the moment will probably try and hack it with cssOverride or pure css
