Need another tool for patching venv within container #8

Instead of building new revision when rez tool requirement has changed (mostly in development), maybe a tool that can be used inside the container to install or listing venv site-packages ?

Features that would be good to have :

  • rezup.toml attrib view. Able to show entire toml key-values or specific section/key.
  • list installed package in venv.
  • update/uninstall package in venv (local container only).
  • ...
