I downloaded the source code from GitHub and am receiving the following error. I am running Visual Studio Community 2022 (64-bit) - Preview Version 17.2.0 Preview 3.0

With preview 3.0 there were some new breaking changes in MAUI. They are already (partially?) fixed in the rc2 branch. See this commit
