Postfix method with Async

Should this method:
Task LogSentMessage(Message message);
be postfixed with Async ?

Like:
Task LogSentMessageAsync(Message message);

@StefH that is a good point, however the style of how the library was built was assume that everything should be async for IO operations, is a different approach. Change it would be a breaking change I suppose.
