macOS: Footer text explaining table on upcoming reviews page disappears/reappears

Best explained by GIF. The text ("The numbers on the right are...") is often gone, and on window resize it will sometimes show up and sometimes not show up, as if it doesn't exist some of the time. Then, when it does show up, it doesn't wrap properly.

macOS 13.6 Ventura if that ends up mattering. On debugging, the footer text for the table section (how that text gets set) is definitely there and exists, but I can't for the life of me figure out why it goes missing half the time.
