To download the latest macOS 12 Beta, you can use the command line with the following line:

curl -O https://raw.githubusercontent.com/munki/macadmin-scripts/main/installinstallmacos.py && sudo /usr/bin/python installinstallmacos.py --raw --seedprogram DeveloperSeed

Sound Fix Workaround

Extract the zip below, open the 'L E' folder, launch 'kext droplet' and push to L/E the VoodooHDA 2.9.7 kext inside (Don't forget to confirm the kext update under System>Security before rebooting or the kext will not load!
