Alpine Linux Bug causing Puppeteer errors: puppeteer/puppeteer#3019

TODO:

  • change all the v3.8 -> next in Dockefile
  • server.js: args: ['--no-sandbox', '--disable-setuid-sandbox']
  • yarn add puppeteer@1.4.0
  • image handler: (target || document) -> target
