Typeahead features are used a lot in Operations so we need to move this over from http://daxkostyleguide/ to https://daxko.github.io/design/

@aloftin @higgisp There's a typeahead component in mx-admin-web that is used for autocomplete of instructors and classes when editing schedules. I can't remember if it's using typeahead.js or was copied and modified in the project, but that might be a good place to start.
