Hi!
When using Filevault Setup with Sierra 10.12.1. Create an admin account, login and install Filevault setup, enable and force user to use Filevault. Create a new user and reboot and login as new user, Filevaultsetup starts by Loginhook, the Keychain gets locked (readonly).
