Active indent guides retaining orange color from Monokai

Awesome work on these color schemes Dayle! One thing I found is that if you enable the draw_active option for indent_guide_options in ST2, the active color remains orange from the original Monokai theme. Just something that might be nice to have beautifully themed as well.

Have added this to the list of "clean ups" that need doing to the themes, will update this ticket when it's done mate :)
