How to use on Inspect

For some of the more complex cards such as Test Run and Personal Workshop, can you put how to use them under Inspect? For example, with Personal Workshop, you target a card in your hand and then double click on it to host it. (I'm not even sure how you'd use Test Run.)

Also, can you enable inspect without targeting when you don't control the card?

Not possible I'm afraid. You cannot use the context menu on card you do not control. I've requested this feature on OCTGN a year ago or so.
