Upgrade to async.js 0.2.9

Is there a 0.2.9? I'm seeing 0.2.5 as the latest: https://github.com/caolan/async/releases.

If you look at the package.json it shows 0.2.9: https://github.com/caolan/async/blob/master/package.json

Looking at the history https://github.com/caolan/async/commits/master/package.json there were also 0.2.6, 0.2.7, 0.2.8...

I see I guess they are updating the npm repo but not tagging in github. I just added versions 0.2.6-0.2.9
