I've had two reports of this. If anyone has experienced this, could you please drop a line here if you'd be willing to help troubleshoot?

It may only occur when the emulated machine is cold-rebooted before demo playback. This could be an issue with how I reset (or rather don't reset) the CGA card on reboot.

added full CGA device reset on reboot in 0.1.4
