pip3 install pgcli --only-binary psycopg2 Not working #1131

I am having the same problem on an Ubuntu 18.04.3
During install

It's worked for me. Without downgraing and installing from sources. pip3 download psycopg2-binary==2.9.3 && \
for file in psycopg2_binary*.whl; do mv $file ${file//psycopg2_binary/psycopg2} ; done && \
pip3 install --no-cache-dir -f . \
pgcli==3.4.1 && \
rm *.whl Just use -f, --find-links to substitude package |

Can't install pgcli with binary version of psycopg2.
