pip3 install pgcli --only-binary psycopg2 Not working

Description

Can't install pgcli with binary version of psycopg2.

Steps to reproduce

pip3 install pgcli --only-binary psycopg2

Interestingly, dropping back a version worked fine:

pip install pgcli==2.1.1 --only-binary psycopg2

This worked for me
Steps

1. pip install pgcli
2. pip install psycopg2-binary pgspecial --no-deps
3. pip install pgcli --no-deps

Now everything is working.

It's worked for me. Without downgraing and installing from sources.

    pip3 download psycopg2-binary==2.9.3 && \
    for file in psycopg2_binary*.whl; do mv $file ${file//psycopg2_binary/psycopg2} ; done && \
    pip3 install --no-cache-dir -f . \
        pgcli==3.4.1 && \
    rm *.whl

Just use -f, --find-links to substitude package
