Hi, I run the project but the description for fields in mongoid document doesn't flow to the swagger docmentation. Does it work that way? How to make it appear in the swagger doc?

Not automatically, that would require some work. In theory it's possible.

This project is fairly old, if you have the time to help upgrade it to the latest of everything I can help explore that part.
