Linked Open Usable Data

At GPW2020 in Erlangen @dboehmer and @moseschmiedel learned about LOUD. For Coocook it would be useful to provide such LOU-Data of our Recipes (maybe also Articles and Units) and also use such LOU-Data for importing Recipes.

Import can’t be implemented without #118

Export can be already implemented, though. @moseschmiedel Do you want to do that?

Yes, I can do it.

Import is still blocked but this issue can’t be acted upon. Add the label "blocked" once export is finished and import is still open.
