Fix broken section links in POD

There are several places in the documentation where a section link was written as L

instead of L

. This commit fixes those. It also changes a couple C<>s to L<>s, and changes one L<> to a B<> where the section was linking to itself.

Thanks for the patch. Applied with a slight modification from B<> to C<> (B<> is used exclusively to attract attention). Also added you to the contributors list in DBIx/Class.pm
