Feature: Github stars?

This is entirely a cosmetic benefit but it'd be interesting to be able to quickly visually note (by show of popularity) what packages seem to have a greater "following" as a leading indicator of utility?

Terrible visual example of this idea (fair warning, not a designer)

Just something to indicate utility level to the community, recent activity, etc.

It would also be cool (and totally extra) if there was a dbt rating and review system for packages!

#1801 adds GitHub stars on each package page.

It doesn't seem to resolve this particular issue because there's no way to see all the different stars on one page. The code within #1801 could serve as an example how to implement this issue though.
