The project's been moving fast– faster than I've written updates! 🏁
So here's a tactical update. We've been using a standard kanban board to track our progress. It's been great, and is getting a bit cluttered: 42 issues in the done column!
It's a good problem to have, but it's nice to tidy a bit 🧹
I'm loathe to "archive" the completed items, as a primary goal is to show the work (vs only track work to do).
Instead I organized (most of) the issues into milestones, and created 2 new views.
Issues by milestone
This view organizes all work into milestones, which puts related work together.
Work in flight
This view only shows work in progress & what's coming up next. It excludes the "waiting" category which is stuff we think we need to do but haven't decided to do imminently.
What's next
Well, the work above is next! Also more comms, summaries of results, etc. We're doing an internal presentation in a couple weeks which should yield some publishable artifacts.
