picker组件选择后不生效 #9

自己使用mpvuepicker组件时发现选中后，经常会出现值没有修改的情况，点了确定，选择的还是原来的值。

尝试官方picker组件，发现picker组件也有这样的问题，所以觉得是官方框架封装的问题。
