Ignore forbidden Timezone Offset suffix in TM values by DateUtils.parseTM(...) to return corresponding Date object by Attributes.getDate({TagOfTMAttribute}). Current version returns null for TM Attributes containing a value with Timezone Offset suffix: +/-ZZXX suffix
