Correct stale Storage IDs if a Study selected for deletion of its objects on one Storage System actually does not have any object on that Storage System, logged by

2018-12-04 15:11:59,907 WARN  [org.dcm4chee.arc.delete.impl.DeletionServiceEJB] (EE-ManagedExecutorService-default-Thread-996) Study[pk=652328, uid=1.2.124.113532.192.168.100.131.20050330.132645.356432, id=*] does not contain objects at Storage[nfscache1]

, to prevent that the Study get re-selected for deletion on next query of the DB.
