A Functional logical keyboard layout for Dell XPS family (2019-2020) in MS Windows
This is no standard keyboard. Using the usual "Canadian French" layout in Windows, there is no way to produce the « and » characters, as there is usually a dedicated key for these characters, located between the left shift and the z key.
With this proposed "Canadian French - XPS bilingual", AltGr-z will produce '«' and AltGr-x will produce '»', as intended (I suppose).
Download the Zip file, extract and run setup to install the Canadian French keyboard that will allow using AltGr-z for « and AltGr-x for ».
