“休眠中“归类

根据ddc讨论，暂定代码方面使用inactive这个tag来归类数据，UI层面暂时不做修改

归类的意义

减少无用数据高频率消耗资源（5分钟刷新一次），inactive tag的降低到1天刷新一次

归类标准

  1. 已经注销的账户
  2. 在没更新技术识别前，密码锁定的直播间先tag一下避免爬虫一直重试卡顿
  3. 宣布过毕业或者休眠并且长期无活动的账户？（有争议，有待讨论）

这个已经通过技术解决了大部分了，tag至今也没改
