Huzzah, BLAKE2 support!

Changelog

  • Added: BLAKE2 support, includes BLAKE2b512 and BLAKE2s256.
  • Fixed: Newline in version page, again.
  • Fixed: All tag names to conform with OpenSSL.

Compilation env:

  • linux-gnu-x86_64: Compiled on Ubuntu 20.04
  • linux-musl-x86_64: Compiled on Alpine Linux 3.15
