Hi, I've got a problem running modeltest-ng:

modeltest-ng: Cannot parse the msa: /home/shadowstep/UNIX/Seq/matK_trim.phylip
              [910]: Sequence 1 (Acorus) longer than expected
Error: Invalid arguments

How can I fix this? Thanks!

Please check if the sequences have all the same length and if there is any potential strange character in any sequence (not necessarily in Acorus)

It seems this error occurs when the input MSA file is a PHYLIP interleaved formatted.
