Add missing documentation (FAQ, troubleshooting, ddev delete and poweroff) #1797

Describe the bug

At least these things seem to be missing from documentation at this point:

• FAQ
• More troubleshooting:

Turn off firewall and virus checkers
Unshare and re-share drive (Windows)

• ddev delete
• ddev poweroff
