child process doesn't exit in osx

The problem only occurs in osx, when I use CTRL+C to terminate the process, the child process still exist, so the port 8080 and 8083 still in use.

Not sure what's happening here but I'm not actively maintaining forego so I'm going to close this issue. If you track it down I would happily accept a PR!
