This is a good option for fundraising. We may need to get a food permit.

  • Determine if licensing is required
  • Come up with a list of snacks/drinks to purchase
  • Purchase snacks/drinks
  • Facilitate this onsite

We could have food trucks instead of dealing with food ourselves. They could give us a cut.
@AlmaFraga please ask the venue if that is ok.

I commented on Slack, but yes The YMCA has given us approval to have 3-5 food trucks on the 28th -29th from 7am – 3pm. The food trucks can be staged in front of the baseball fields in the parking lot. YMCA Baseball games will be held that weekend, so it will mean more business for the food truck vendors. YMCA is asking that the Food Truck vendors provide a copy of their City License and a certificate of insurance. They can forward those over to me and I will make sure the YMCA receives the documents.

@amsami is this something you're willing to facilitate?
