Update to depend on CRAN version of gt #420

We've depended on gt from GitHub for all this time, but {gt} is now on CRAN.

  • Update DESCRIPTION
    • delete Additional_repositories:
    • update min version requirement
  • Review vignettes and remove conditional gt formatting
  • Check all output types. are there any big changes on the CRAN version from the previous GH version
