The issue might be related to the notification access permission not being granted during the setup process.

To enable notification access permission you can follow these steps:

  • Open your device's settings
  • Scroll down and select "Apps & notifications"
  • Open "Special app access"
  • Find the Kizzy and toggle notification access permission
