Passed Grant Proposals display a component taking the users to the Project Sheet

• After a Grant Proposal has been approved by the community a module takes the user to the Project Sheet.
• Project Owners will see a version of the module while community members will see a different version. (Copy change)
• This module could change once the proposal has been enacted by the DAO Committee.
