Separate DAO Operational grants payouts from Community Grants

Community members suggested the need to separate DAO Operational Grants (The so-called Core Units) from community grants to enhance either the capabilities of the core Decentraland platform or provide in-world content or activities.
The idea would be to separate, on the Transparency page, the payouts made to operational grants from the ones made to the community grants.

Instead of showing a list fo the latest grants that received payouts, display the amount of funds granted per Grant category

Breakdown the Community Grants Payouts into two categories:
Operational Grants (Core-units)
Community Grants (Remaining categories)

No changes need to be made to the Transparency sheet exports.
